Returns Policy

Print-On-Demand items are not eligible for return or refund, as they are printed on a one off basis.  Hoboken & Sons provides sizing guides on each product page.  We are not liable for the selection of a wrong size.  

You may return most new, unopened items that are non Print-On-Demand items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.  We'll only pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received a defective item).  In that case, please refer to the link below to contact us.  

You should expect to receive your refund on a non Print-On-Demand product within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items, print-on-demand times, and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.  Please add 2 to 7 business days for
Print-On-Demand items in addition to estimated shipping times. 

Wrong Address/ Unclaimed - If the customer provides an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, Hoboken & Sons is not responsible for any costs that are incurred during this process.  The customer will be held responsible for these costs that may result in reshipping the item.
